Terms of Use for Continuing Education Programs

These terms govern the use of our courses for professional skill development. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope and Offer

These terms of use apply to all digital and in-person continuing education offerings of imana.com, Funkestraße 935. Our goal is to impart professional skills through structured learning content.

The courses are aimed at adults who wish to expand their professional skills. Participation requires acceptance of these terms.

2. Rights and Obligations of Participants

Participants undertake not to reproduce or share course materials without permission. Each person receives a personal access account.

Registration for a course is binding. In case of inability to attend, the place can be transferred to another person, provided this is communicated in a timely manner.

  • Adherence to learning times and submission deadlines
  • Respectful interaction with instructors and other participants
  • No use of automated systems for course processing

3. Services and Liability

We provide high-quality learning materials, exercises, and, if required, personal support. The courses are designed according to current pedagogical standards.

Liability for specific professional results or salary increases is excluded. The development of skills depends on individual factors.

3.1 Limitations

In the event of technical disruptions or force majeure, we assume no responsibility for missed course content. We strive to restore services as quickly as possible.

  • No guarantee of uninterrupted availability
  • Liability only in cases of gross negligence or intent
  • Maximum liability limited to the course fee

4. Payment Terms and Withdrawal

The course fee is due before the start of the continuing education program. Payments are made by bank transfer or credit card. Installment payments are available upon request.

Withdrawal up to 14 days before the course start is free of charge. After that, an administrative fee of 25% of the course fee will be charged. No refund will be given in case of non-attendance.

  • Cancellation up to 14 days before start: free of charge
  • Cancellation 7–13 days before start: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before start: no refund

5. Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to change course content or dates for important reasons. Participants will be informed at least one week in advance.

In the event of serious violations of these terms, access to the course may be blocked without a refund. Extraordinary termination is possible by either party.
